Secret Cubic Shelves is a refined bookshelf designed by Olafur Eliasson for the Moroso brand. Structure and shelves in steel with powder coat finish. Height adjustable PVC glides.

The Icelandic-Danish artist created a piece of furniture with a strong contemporary appeal, starting from a careful study of the forms, which later became a work of art. A long artistic and architectural journey based on the analysis of rhomboid shapes. Olafur Eliasson defines his creation as “a hidden geometry that escapes immediate comprehension”, in fact, he explains that “to arrive at the geometry, two identical cubes are rotated along a common diagonal axis until the edges of both cubes are divided according to the golden ratio. Drawing lines where the faces intersect (and cutting away the rest) leaves you with a polyhedron composed of twelve triangular faces”.

Secret Cubic Shelves is made entirely of iron (recycled and recyclable), with a non-toxic powder coating.
